SPA POLICY

  • ELEGANCE European Skincare Studio is a private practice, operates by appointment and accommodates walk-ins based on availability. Business hours: Monday-Sunday 10:00am – 8:00pm, additional hours available upon request.
  • All services are provided by appointment only to ensure the safety and convenience of our clients. You can schedule an appointment and see all availability online at www.elegance-dayspa/appointment. Booking on the website is an easy two-click process that you can do 24/7 from anywhere. When you schedule an appointment online, be advised, this appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation text message from us.
  • To cancel or reschedule your appointment please call (914) 222-3532 and leave a voice message or send a text with details of your appointment: name, date and time.
  • Arriving on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated. It means you can receive your entire treatment and other clients are not inconvenienced. Regretfully, if you are late for an appointment, your treatment time may be shortened so that your estheticican can be on scedule for the next client. You do NOT need to arrive in advance for your appointment.
  • Cancellation policy. To cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24-hours advance notice is required. If you fail to contact us or do not show up for your appointment, a $25 cancellation fee will be applied.
  • Clients are required to be 18 years or older to receive treatments. For safety reasons, children are not allowed in the treatment room except when receiving services and accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.
  • ELEGANCE European Skincare Studio reserves the right to decline service in order to maintain the integrity of the establishment.
  • Animals are not permitted in the studio according to sanitation regulations.
  • If a person has a contagious disease, service can be declined for safety reasons.
  • If you have any medical concerns, or are pregnant, please consult your physician before visiting.
  • Prior to your treatment, you will be required to complete a Consultation Form to allow us safely deliver our services by minimizing any risk of injury. We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications as some services may be contraindicated.
  • Please advise us of any allergies, sensitivities or if you are pregnant. ELEGANCE European Skincare Studio assures and maintains strict confidentiality standards, and never shares your personal information or images.
  • We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. We recommend that you leave your valuables and jewelry at home.
  • ELEGANCE European Skincare Studio accepts cash, business and personal checks, major credit cards, and Studio Gift Certificates.
  • Gratuities are left to the discretion of our clients. Gift certificates do not include gratuity.
  • Gift certificates are not refundable, transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.
  • All discounts and special offers are applied only on treatments and exclude skin care products.
  • Because our practice is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, the studio does not bill insurance.
